Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage named Beth Martin, a member of the Lake Forest team, as the new marketing coordinator for the North Shore region.

Martin, a graduate of the University of Missouri who also completed graduate work in urban planning at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, has been working in the real estate industry since 1979, spending time in research, marketing, and appraisals.

She joined Coldwell Banker’s Lake Forest office in 1992, and became a licensed broker in 1995. Martin is responsible for the development of Lake Forest’s first comparative market analysis. In 2009, Martin became Lake Forest’s marketing coordinator, after having developed several other CMAs and marketing materials for not only the office but for the entire region.

“I am so delighted to be recognized for my contributions and commitment to Coldwell Banker,” Martin said. “I look forward to working with our agents across the North Shore.”

While in this position, Martin will provide ongoing marketing support and conduct real estate market updates for each North Shore office and agent.
