Patricia Wargowski has been appointed vice president and branch manager of the Glen Ellyn-Wheaton, Naperville and Elmhurst offices of Koenig & Strey Real Living.
Wargowski, a Chicago native and longtime resident of Naperville, previously worked as branch manager of a top Chicagoland firm before becoming executive vice president of Coldwell Banker West Shell in Cincinnati six years ago. During her time in Chicagoland, she directed the merger of two Naperville offices and cultivated the Glenview location into one of the top offices on the North Shore.
“Pat’s wonderful energy and contagious enthusiasm, matched with her tremendous experience, and her dedication to growing our presence in the western suburbs are a perfect fit for this role,” said Nancy Nagy, president and CEO of Koenig & Strey. “She has built an incredible track record of success in growing offices and market share through innovative coaching, recruiting and home services programs, and I know that she is the right person to help us achieve our goals.”
“Koenig & Strey is a great company, and I have been tremendously impressed with the agents in the Elmhurst, Glen Ellyn-Wheaton and Naperville offices,” Wargowski said. “I have a great deal of respect for Nancy Nagy’s leadership and the bold steps that she is taking to grow the company…. Koenig & Strey is one of the best places for an agent to build business.”
Wargowski has also created a manager coaching and mentoring series and holds an RPA designation in commercial real estate.
