Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage recently announced the merger of its Lincoln Park Plaza office with Akos Straub and Vince Milito and the Straub Milito Group.

The Straub Milito Group is an expert group in the luxury market, short sales, and REOs. Straub, Milito, and their 11-person team of will continue to serve their clientele while expanding their expertise in short sales and investing in single family homes and condominiums.

Milito’s real estate career began in 1996, and he has consistently been recognized as a multi-million dollar top producer. Milito co-founded Chicago Short Sale Negotiators Inc. to expedite the lengthy short sales process and has assisted countless clients through short sales and debt mitigation.
