Number of years in real estate: Four months.
Describe your look: Casual chic.
What do you consider a “fashion don’t”? Stockings with open toed shoes. It reminds me of webbed feet!
What is your favorite piece of clothing and why? An Indian outfit called “churidar-kurta.” It’s the original “tunic-tights” combination! It’s easy to wear, easy to move in and looks effortlessly chic.
What do you consider a must-have accessory? Shoes! A flat pair to walk in, and a heeled pair to wear (and since I’m vegan, mine are always leather- and fur-free).
What is a fashion crime you have committed in the past? Wearing trends – a sweater dress that did not suit my body type comes to mind. That’s a look I’d like to forget!
Where are your favorite places to shop? I love getting a good value and refuse to pay full price! I’m always scouting for items on sale. I love what I find at Lord & Taylor, The Limited, Nordstrom Rack, Bakers Shoes, enzee (Elmhurst) and Muse (Oak Park), to name a few.
What, besides your wardrobe, completes your look? A positive attitude and a smile!
