Dream Town Realty announced four new Realtors joined the brokerage last month. The new March recruits are Anthony Motton, Peter Childs, Susan Boush and Tom Kelley. All four agents offer residential home sale and purchase services in the Chicago area.
Anthony Motton is an experienced real estate agent who was born and raised in the city of Chicago. He grew up on the Southwest Side and has seen the evolution of real estate first-hand. “I can recall when the South Loop was just vacant, open land,” said Motton, who started with Dream Town in early March.
Motton is an experienced real estate agent and has been a Chicago Association of Realtors Top Producer. He is extremely knowledgeable about Chicago neighborhoods and the housing market trends of each area. “I’ve been a witness to the transitions that have gone on throughout the city, from Hyde Park to Rogers Park, and I put that wisdom to work for my clients,” he says.
He adds he is especially in tune with clients who own pets. “If you’re looking for a realtor who is passionate about animals, I’m your man. I know every single dog park in the city, and I’ve worked for a couple of rescue organizations.”
Peter Childs comes to Dream Town with a background in residential sales and luxury construction. He is a third-generation real estate professional from a family who owned a commercial leasing firm until the 1990s and now runs a North Shore-based luxury home building company.
“We had a family-owned business, so I was exposed to the industry at a very young age,” says Childs, whose father and grandfather operated suburban-based Childs Realty Group. “My dad is a home builder and I’ve had a chance to work alongside him, as well as develop my own career in real estate sales.”
He decided to get his realtor’s license after his own first property purchase. Unimpressed with his agent’s service, Childs said he saw an opportunity to provide home buyers and sellers with a higher level of dependability and trustworthy guidance. “Forming a trusting, caring bond is my number one priority when first sitting down with a client,” he said. “I pride myself on my customer service, being attentive to what my client is telling me and getting back to them as soon as possible.”
Susan Boush and Tom Kelley also joined Dream Town last month. Boush has over 10 years of sales and marketing experience. Kelley is a lifelong resident of the Chicago area and a very involved member of his community. He is Chairman of the Planning and Development committee of the West Lakeview Neighbors and on the board of the Lakeview Citizens Council.
