@properties has promoted Pamela Tilton to president of @properties Commercial from executive vice president of brokerage services. Tilton also will continue in her role as managing broker of @properties’ Streeterville office.
“Under Pam’s leadership, we have built a thriving commercial operation. She has attracted outstanding brokers and extended @properties’ boutique brand of service to a variety of commercial real estate owners and users,” says Michael Golden, co-founder of @properties. “This promotion gives Pam more responsibility within @properties and more visibility within the commercial real estate community.”
As president of @properties Commercial Tilton will continue her recruitment efforts and support commercial brokers in business development, marketing and transaction-related matters. She will also serve as a liaison between @properties Commercial and other @properties divisions, such as residential brokerage, development marketing, property management and institutional services.
“@properties has become synonymous with high-quality residential real estate services in Chicago, and our goal is to achieve that type of recognition and reputation on the commercial side,” said Tilton.
Tilton, 45, joined @properties in 2004. As a sales associate, she was among the top 1 percent of Chicago-area Realtors. She was named managing broker of the firm’s Streeterville office in 2006 and helped launch @properties Commercial at the end of 2007.
@properties Commercial provides commercial real estate sales, leasing and advisory services across the full spectrum of asset classes including retail, office, industrial, multi-family, hospitality, student housing, land and mixed-use properties.
“We have many residential clients who also lease or own commercial real estate, either for their business or as an investment. There is a huge opportunity to serve this client base, and Pam will be involved in developing those opportunities,” said Thaddeus Wong, co-founder of @properties.
Tilton has volunteered for the Council for Jewish Elderly and Chicagoland Radio Information Service (CRIS Radio), an organization that serves the visually impaired. She has also served on the board of directors of Midwest Real Estate Data LLC. She presently resides in the River North neighborhood.
