Dream Town Realty has announced yet another addition of agents to its team. The new agents include John Oertel, Nicole Fabiano, Suzy Thomas, George Torres and Paul Ahlatis. All five offer home listing and purchasing services in the Chicago area.
John Oertel spent the last six years of his real estate career in the mortgage industry. Now as a Dream Town realtor, John focuses on educating homeowners on the short sale process. “I’ve been able to combine my knowledge of the lending industry with my detailed understanding of short sales to offer my clients unparalleled expertise when it comes to communicating with banks,” said Oertel. He assures clients that no question will go unanswered, whether the client in question is a first time home buyer, an experienced investor or someone facing a short sale.
In times of uncertainty, Nicole Fabiano believes having a caring expert to rely on when making tough financial decisions is crucial. When south Florida, where Fabiano served as a top producing realtor for seven years, started experiencing a large number of foreclosures and short sales, Fabiano quickly educated herself on the short sale process to help her clients and other homeowners avoid foreclosures. “Now as a Dream Town realtor, I take great pride in my work and the fact that I can be a knowledgeable professional for my clients during tough times,” said Fabiano.
The more than 20 years of real estate experience Suzy Thomas has in the Chicago market have been filled with successful milestones, including her Best in the Business award from the Quality Service Certified organization, which recognizes the top 250 agents in the nation based on feedback from their clients. In 2010, the average marketing time for a home under Thomas’ care was 68 days, with an average sales to list price of 95.4% “I strive to provide my clients with extraordinary service, no matter how challenging the real estate market,” said Thomas.
A native Chicagoan, George Torres has lived in many of Chicago’s vibrant neighborhoods. Coupled with the extensive rehab he’s done on many of his own real estate properties, Torres believes he has unique insight into buying, selling, owning and investing in Chicago. “It gives me great satisfaction to use my knowledge and experience, as well as my sales background, to help my clients have an enjoyable and profitable real estate experience,” said Torres.
Establishing trust and building relationships, Paul Ahlatis believes, are key to helping clients navigate the real estate market intelligently. “I never get tired of meeting new people, showing new properties and learning something new,” said Ahlatis. “That enthusiasm comes through in my work ethic as I detail the buying and selling process to my clients, pinpoint their search criteria and listen to their needs so that I can fulfill their real estate goals.”
