Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT has announced that commercial real estate veteran and top producer Martin Norkett, has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in Chicago. He will be leading a team of experienced real estate specialists called Norkett & Associates.

Norkett has more than 44 years of experience in the commercial marketplace in roles ranging from real estate broker and manager to commercial real estate owner. Throughout his career, he has pursued entrepreneurial enterprises including managing millions of dollars in real estate portfolio investments and developing shopping centers and multi-unit residential complexes.
