Kathy Kalnes, regional vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage; and Joe Siciliano, manager of the Coldwell Banker Lake View office, were both installed as directors at the Chicago Associations of Realtors (CAR) 127th Inaugural Gala September 16 at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile.

Kalnes has been the regional vice president of the six offices in Chicago since 2007. She is a Certified Negotiation Specialist, Certified Coach, GRI designation, broker since 1992, and a Realtor since 1988. Kalnes has been a grievance committee chair, a professional standards committee chair, and on the board of directors of the former Southwest Association of Realtors, and served as president of the former Southwest Association of Realtors in 2001. She currently is the CAR vice chair of business development committee and on the professional standards committee. Kalnes also served as a director for the National Association of Realtors.
Siciliano has received numerous awards and recognition for sales production over the years, and is consistently within the top one percent of all Chicago real estate agents in sales volume and closed transactions. He has been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist designation, which is the highest professional designation awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field. He is also a member of the Roscoe Village Neighbor’s Association, Lakeview Chamber of Commerce and other neighborhood associations.
