Parc Huron, Chicago’s first Gold LEED-certified residential rental building, celebrated its grand opening on Sept. 30. State Treasurer and former Senate candidate Alexi Giannoulias and Alderman Brendan Reilly joined in the festivities, along with 200 other guests.
