What was your first job in the realty industry? I started as an agent with Coldwell Banker Stanmeyer in the Gold Coast.
Where did you grow up? I was born in southern California and moved around quite a bit (Michigan, New Jersey, Phillippines) until I was 9, and then moved to Chicago where I’ve been ever since.
What is your favorite free-time activity? Hanging out with my family
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Work out, read my Kindle or play online chess or poker
If you weren’t a Realtor, what would you be? Real estate developer
If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Stephen Hawking, in the hopes that he could explain his book “A Brief History of Time” in a way that my brain could comprehend, because reading it certainly didn’t accomplish that.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Clients with unrealistic pricing expectations
Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Wherever I happen to be during the course of the day.
What has been your greatest accomplishment? Having the privilege of working with some of the finest developers in Chicago. Also, my daughter, Brooke.
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? “Avatar” in 3D on IMAX, it was mind-bendingly good.
What is your favorite restaurant? Japonais
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Chicago? Superior 110 (aka the blue building), which I am incidentally selling :-).
