Fresh Horizon Agent Appreciation Event July 15, 2009 626 N. State St., River North Fresh Horizon hosted a presentation to introduce their new agent partnership and special financing programs. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres were served in the Naples Room at Quartino as agents learned how their buyers can purchase newly constructed homes below builders cost with financing offering more home for less money. The new structure also allows for agents to earn additional commission.
