At the Spring 2009 Fogelson Forum, a panalists discussed construction, both old and new, on State Street. In its 10th year, the panal discussion, held at Roosevelt University, was moderated by Louis D’Angelo, and featured panalists Laurance Freed, Joseph Freed & Associated; Charles Nash, Transwestern Commercial Servicers; and Lee Golub, Golub & Company. In addition, Ty Tabing, executive director of the Chicago Loop Alliance, spoke about the history of real estate projects on State Street. Over 150 guests attended the event which featured a cocktail and hor d’oeuvres reception before the panel.
