At the 2009 Good Neighbor Awards, Chicago Association of Realtors honored 37 unique properties in Chicago that are making a positive impact on their communities. Individuals were recognized for doing their part to “go green” with environmentally friendly features or for renovations that were challenging. The event was held at the Doubletree Hotel Chicago Magnificent Mile, and those in attendance enjoyed dinner and cocktails.
