APRIL 23, 2009, 565 QUINCY, WEST LOOP

Belgravia invited homebuyers, agents and residents of 565 Quincy to celebrate the opening of the Q room, as well as honor the building’s first round of closings. Inside the Q room, guests were treated with cocktails and comfort food as they tried out the bowling alley, pool table, ping pong table and more. Visitors also toured the models, enjoyed live music and won raffle prizes. Due to the overwhelming response, Belgravia scheduled a second event for the following week.
