Hyde Park Bank recently announced the launch of its mortgage lending division. The mortgage lending team will be led by Chad Boulanger, who will serve as vice president director.

Jo Ann Grayson and Chris Knapp, the former management team of Lakeshore Funding Inc., a mortgage banking company, have joined the mortgage lending management team at Hyde Park Bank as vice presidents. Eleven loan officers, formerly of Lakeshore Funding Inc., have also joined the bank.

The Hyde Park-headquartered bank has opened a Mortgage Lending Center at 435 West North Ave. The bank now offers a full range of residential loans to consumers throughout Chicagoland in addition to the commercial loans it provides to real estate investors. The bank plans to open a newly-constructed investment real estate lending center in mid-2008 at 1836 North Elston Ave.
