Michael Pierson and Chris Eigel, principals of Prudential Preferred Properties (PPP), have announced that they will open a new office in Lincoln Park. The new office will be the 10th Chicago-area location. In addition to its newest location, PPP has opened offices on Michigan Avenue in Chicago and in Lake Forest, and soon will be relocating its Northbrook office to a new location.

The PPP Lincoln Park office will be located at 2301 N. Clark St. on the corner of Clark and Belden Avenue. Dennis Dooley, a 32-year veteran of Chicago real estate, will manage the location.

The 6,000-square-foot space, formerly home to Tower Records, will be completely renovated to include a wireless network, computer access, a marketing resource room and contemporary décor. Designed to accommodate up to 125 sales professionals, there will also be a virtual agent center for those who choose to keep their primary office at home.
