Enterprise Community Investment announced the opening of its downtown Chicago office, located at 230 West Monroe St. Enterprise is expanding its Midwestern presence to continue providing investment capital for affordable housing.

Enterprise’s Chicago staff provides a variety of financial products and services solutions to assist in the development of affordable housing, including pre-development and acquisition lending, permanent-debt financing and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit equity. Enterprise works with a range of nonprofit and for-profit developers to create affordable housing and community facilities.
