Situated within the Woodlawn community of Chicago’s south side, Columbia Point, a community of 200 residences, is bordered by 62nd and 64th streets on the north.

Columbia Pointe is being developed by Woodlawn Park II LLC, which is a joint venture between Neighborhood Rejuvenation Partners, LP; Woodlawn Community Development Corp.; Columbia Pointe II LLC and Woodlawn Preservation & Investment Corp.

Columbia Pointe II LLC is an affiliate of Local Initiatives Support Corp., a national non-profit financial intermediary that organizes capital and other resources to support initiatives that stimulate the comprehensive development of healthy, stable neighborhoods and foster their connection to the socioeconomic mainstream of the metropolitan region.

Magellan Project Services, an affiliate of Magellan Development Group LLC, has been retained as the project manager for the second phase of Columbia Pointe.

The architect for Phase II of Columbia Pointe is Ramona Westbrooke-Davis of Brook Architecture Inc. The general contractor is Skender Construction.

Below-market mortgage interest rates will be available to Columbia Pointe purchasers through the NCHAMP mortgage program sponsored by the Community Development Corp. of National City Corp. The City of Chicago is also providing financial support.

The Columbia Pointe sales center is located at 1500 E. 63rd St. Office hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sundays.
