Prudential Preferred Properties has announced Jose Batista and Richard Batista as its newest sales associates. They both have joined the company’s Lincoln Square branch office. Jose Batista joins Prudential Preferred Properties with more than 30 years experience in the financial arena, with 20 of them in real estate.

Richard Batista started working in a Lakeview real estate office at the age of 12. He is now a broker associate/Realtor and licensed residential loan originator, assisting buyers and sellers with concentrations in investment property, relocation and off-the-market negotiations.
