Realtors Todd Bogwill and Eunece Franklin recently have joined Century 21 Sussex & Reilly. Bogwill, based in the Roscoe Village office, has 10 years of real estate and sales experience, and specializes in marketing single-family homes and condominiums in Lakeview, Bucktown, Lincoln Park and North Center.
Eunece Franklin has four years of real estate sales experience at Sudler/Sotheby’s International Realty working with investors and builder-developers on condominium conversions and new construction. She also identifies prime vacant land or multi-unit buildings, assembles the construction team and markets the new properties. Franklin mostly serves the South Loop, Hyde Park, Kenwood, Bronzeville, Washington Park, Woodlawn and Chatham neighborhoods.
