Renaud Biscarrat acquired Flossmoor, Ill.-based RE/MAX South Suburban, which currently has 50 licensed agents.

Biscarrat has been involved in real estate previously as both the owner of investment property and a partner in a residential development company. Currently, he is spending alternate weeks at the Flossmoor office to implement his vision for the business.
