Buyers looking to get into a new-construction, single-family home at Brookstone Springs need to act fast. Only 36 of the community’s 124 single-family first-phase homesites remain available for sale in south-suburban Manhattan.
Sales have skyrocketed since the February grand opening of the single-family and townhome models at the master-planned community. In addition to the single-family homes, Brookstone Springs’ first phase will include 156 townhomes and 100 carriage homes when complete.
“We knew that the model grand opening would spur sales, but we never expected to be selling out of our single-family designs so quickly,” says Greg Ford, division sales manager for Centex Homes. “Big factors in the quick sales have been the affordable pricing and great location in quiet Manhattan.”
Interested buyers can tour five professionally decorated plans to see how spacious the designs are, as well as to get ideas about upgrades, furnishings and custom paint.
The beautifully designed Brookstone Springs community will feature ponds, nature areas, open spaces, a tot lot and a bike path that winds along Manhattan Creek.
Buyers can choose from 10 single-family designs offering two to four bedrooms, one to three baths, an attached two-car garage with optional third-car capacity and 1,533 to 3,509 square feet of living space. The homes are priced from $218,990 to $285,990, and three models are available for viewing.
Townhomes also are part of the mix at Brookstone Springs. Six affordable plans are offered with two or three bedrooms, one-and-one-half to two-and-one-half baths, an attached two-car garage and 1,456 to 1,551 square feet of living space. Prices range from $167,990 to $179,990. Two models are currently available for viewing.
Two carriage home designs also are offered at the community. The carriage homes feature two or three bedrooms, one-and-one-half to two-and-one-half baths, an attached two-car garage and 1,510 to 1,550 square feet of living space. The carriage homes are priced from $189,990 to $194,990.

The Manhattan Park District includes three parks serving a 36-square-mile township area.
