Coldwell Banker Promotes Three Executives

Frank Larson was recently appointed regional vice president for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s 14 offices in south suburban Chicago, Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan. Larson was the branch manager for Coldwell Banker’s St. Charles office. In his new position Larson wants to focus on supporting his agents in the region so they can help their clients realize the benefits of working with a full service brokerage.

Coldwell Banker also announced that Michael Parent has been hired to replace Larson as the branch manager in St. Charles. His responsibilities include overseeing 86 agents, as well as managing the daily activities of the office. Parent was a successful sales agent at the Glen Ellyn office and as assistant manager in the Lombard office, and extensively coached and trained over 75 agents.

Anton Ursini has joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as manager of its Gold Cost office. His responsibilities include overseeing more than 35 of the city’s top real estate agents. Ursini brings 15 years of real estate experience to his new post. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, he was a successful Realtor with Koenig & Strey GMAC Real Estate in the Gold Coast and Lincoln Park areas and has a background in advertising.
