Sales are expected to launch in mid-March for Medinah on the Lake, a new community of 208 condominiums in Bloomingdale. The new development will consist of two seven-story buildings and one four-story building set only steps away from the shores of a spring-fed lake. Located near downtown Bloomingdale, Medinah on the Lake will also include a variety of shared amenities to be enjoyed by all residents.
