What was your first job in the realty industry?
My first job in the real estate industry was as a sales agent for Winkler Realty, Riverside, Ill., in 1982.
Who inspires you?
I was trained and taught the business by Denise Pav and am inspired by the many families who allow me into a very personal part of their lives: their homes.
What is your favorite free-time activity?
My favorite free-time activity is travelling to warm places.
How did you learn the business?
I have a passion for helping people, and that has helped me to learn the business.
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read?
That last good book I read was “Fifty Things to do when You’re 50,” and the last good movie I watched, was “Rumor Has It.”
What is your favorite restaurant?
Since I love to eat and drink, I have many, many favorite restaurants.

The Art Institute
What kind of car do you drive?
A 2004 BMW

My favorite technological device is the telephone.
