All hail the Near North Side!

As was the case the previous month, Near North was the top-selling neighborhood in Chicago in October, according to fresh numbers from Redfin; unlike September, though, Near North really had no competition, and our graph below shows that the neighborhood, with condo sales at the forefront, all but dominated Chicago’s real estate scene in October, though the make-up for the single-family home market is radically different:
