What was your first job in the realty industry? A full-time Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

Where did you grow up? I was born and raised in the west suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio, and relocated to Chicago in 1995.

What is your favorite free-time activity? Golf.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Clean and catch up on my DVR shows on TV.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Donald Trump. I find him fascinating and have total respect for him and his no-nonsense style.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? Home.

What do you love most about the industry? The interaction with the public and helping individuals achieve their dreams.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? My marketing materials are very personal. It is important that my clients see me as a partner in the process from beginning to end.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? When problems arise, I have to take full responsibility, even when nothing could be done to prevent the situation.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? My golf club.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? My family.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? The trilogy series by Stieg Larsson (“The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo” books).

What kind of car do you drive? A Hyundai Santa Fe.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Being a Realtor is a full-time commitment.
