Dream Town Realty announced the addition of nine agents in September. Among the recruits are Brenda Lipscher, Kieran Fahy, Eileen Meg Kravitz and Beth Uhen. All four agents offer home listing and purchasing services in the Chicago area.
Brenda Lipscher
In the eight years Brenda Lipscher has called Chicago home, this lifelong New Yorker says she has become so taken with the skyline views, wonderfully diverse neighborhoods and Midwestern charm of the Second City that it now ranks first in her mind. Ms. Lipscher’s love for the city has benefited her clients because she has built up a vast knowledge of the individual neighborhoods and hidden gems that comprise Chicago real estate.

Kieran Fahy
Kieran Fahy’s family owns a cattle and sheep farm in Ireland, where he grew up learning the principles of hard work. Those same principles serve as valuable tools today in his career as a Chicago Realtor, he says. He brings a multitude of experience to his clients, including his work with first time buyers and selling multi-unit buildings and commercial storefronts. Mr. Fahy also manages a 30-unit apartment building and has a network of industry professionals and resources at his fingertips.
“I’ve compiled a comprehensive list of tradespeople, from plumbers to electricians and the like, so my clients are able to come to me for a referral and I can put them in contact with a home repair expert who is trustworthy, honest and reputable,” says Mr. Fahy.
Eileen Meg Kravitz
With over ten years in real estate and sales experience, Eileen Meg Kravitz has a proven history of being a top producer and consistently ranking in the top five percent of her peers. Ms. Kravitz specializes in development sales, new construction and gut rehabs.
“I enjoy problem solving for my clients,” said Ms. Kravitz, who is known across the Chicagoland area for her analytical finesse. “I think my trademark is my ability to sell difficult properties. Beth Uhen
After purchasing an investment property in Lakeview in 2001, Beth Uhen’s interest in real estate was piqued and she entered the field in the summer of 2005. Her own real estate experiences have directed her client philosophy to thoroughly prepare a home before it goes on the market. “When I meet with my clients, I go into their homes and really take a fine eye to things, whether that’s removing clutter, having a handyman make repairs or giving a room a more polished appearance with a fresh coat of paint,” said Ms. Uhen. “I understand what makes a home show the best once it’s on the market, and I’m prepared to put in the time and energy to help my clients’ homes exceed those standards.”
