Realtor Anna Huls has 11 years of real estate experience under her belt, and as her recent accolades indicate, it’s been a good 11 years: She was a Chicago Association of Realtors top producer in 2016 and a Rolex Winner for @properties with $12 million in sales the same year.

From her home on Logan Boulevard, Huls is perfectly positioned to guide buyers interested in the hot Logan Square neighborhood. In addition to her home, she and her husband own investment property in Logan Square, and she is no stranger to the speed and intensity of the area’s real estate market. Last year, she sold a Greystone in Logan Square that attracted 15 offers and sold for more than $100,000 over the asking price.

In fact, she’s such a fan of the Logan Square neighborhood that last year she sold her childhood home in Beverly and moved her mother two doors down from her house. Huls is a member of the Logan Square Chamber of Commerce and the Logan Square Preservation Society.

Other popular Chicago neighborhoods where Huls specializes are Avondale, Bucktown, Wicker Park and West Town. She works with everyone from first-time home buyers to property investors.

Buyers and sellers alike are attracted to Huls’ easygoing personality, her quick response time, and her ability to really listen to her customers’ needs. “My clients don’t feel like I’m pressuring them into anything,” she said. “I help make the buying or selling process easy for them.”

She’s also a pet lover and along with her husband has adopted two rescue dogs, Buck and Radar. In addition to being a member of the Logan Square Dog Park Committee, Huls supports Realtors to the Rescue and was a mentor in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.

In her free time, Huls enjoys traveling, cooking, reading and spending time with family and friends. She’s also lived in New Zealand and the Cook Islands for three years where she worked at a skydiving company and enjoyed beach life. Closer to home, she and her husband Sean enjoy hanging out at summer street festivals and local bars and restaurants.
