The Columbian Head Shot Party
Challenge: The Columbian, a South Loop condominium, wanted to market its new line of luxury condos to Chicagoland agents.
Solution: Chicago Agent magazine hosted a headshot party that spanned three of the Columbian’s units. In addition to professional headshots, which were taken by the same professional photographer responsible for Chicago Agent‘s covers, agents perused the units and networked with other area professionals.
Results: The Columbian received exposure to more than 150 agents throughout the entire Chicagoland area.
Jennifer Ames Custom Publishing Magazine: Live & Play Chicago
Challenge: Top-producing Coldwell Banker agent Jennifer Ames was looking for a way to stand out among her peers, attract listings and position herself as an expert in the market.
Solution: Chicago Agent magazine designed and produced a custom published print and digital magazine featuring not only Ames’ listings, but content that would highlight Ames’ expertise on the market and community.
Results: “Live and Play Chicago” has added millions of dollars in listings to Ames’ portfolio. She continues to produce the publication with Agent Publishing and is expanding with a launch party to accompany the release of each issue.

PulteGroup Top Producers Party
Challenge: PulteGroup, the nation’s second largest homebuilder, was seeking greater exposure for its new Chicagoland developments.
Solution: Chicago Agent hosted an exclusive event at the Whirlpool Corporation showroom in Chicago’s landmark Reid Murdoch & Co. Building for the city’s top producing agents
Results: PulteGroup was able to meet with some of the most prominent real estate professionals in Chicago for its new construction properties.
Millie Rosenbloom Custom Publishing Magazine: The Essential Collection of Real Estate
Challenge: Luxury real estate agent Millie Rosenbloom wanted to highlight the beauty and timeless quality of her properties in a professional, unique fashion.
Solution: Chicago Agent magazine edited and designed a custom publication that featured high definition photography, professional layouts and elegant prose.
Results: Rosenbloom received instant attention from both clients and fellow real estate professionals, and the book was covered by the Chicago Tribune.
Fresh Horizon Realty Recruitment Events
Challenge: Fresh Horizon wanted to introduce unique products to a large group of agents in an intimate setting.
Solution: Chicago Agent magazine hosted seven lunch presentations where executives at Fresh Horizon Realty could explain their products and services.
Results: Fresh Horizon Realty increased its database and forged relationships with agents who are outside the scope of the company’s day-to-day operations.
Golf Outing: MetLife Home Loans
Challenge: MetLife was looking for a way to increase its relationship with active agents and developers.
Solution: MetLife sponsored Chicago Agent’s Golf Invitational for the top agents in Cook and Lake counties.
Results: Metlife was able to offer a unique full-day opportunity where they were the only lender among Chicago’s leading developers and high-producing agents.
The Legacy at Millennium Park Luxury Event
Challenge: Mesa Development, the developers of the Legacy at Millennium Park, needed to reconnect with luxury agents who had not visited the project since its inception three years ago.
Solution: Chicago Agent magazine hosted an event at the Legacy. Attendees were the top 200 agents/brokers who serve the upper bracket market.
Results: Via the event, Agent TV interviews and tours, the Legacy increased its agent database, set showings with luxury agents and their clients and increased overall visibility with the upper bracket audience.
Florida New Construction Showcase
Challenge: South Florida developers were looking for a way to spend one-on-one time with Chicagoland agents to promote second-home opportunities.
Solution: Chicago Agent magazine hosted a South Florida new construction showcase at the Park Hyatt Chicago for eight Florida developers to showcase their condos to Chicagoland agents.
Results: Chicago Agent magazine connected over 250 agents to south Florida projects, building long-lasting relationships and ongoing referrals.
