Driven by equal parts curiosity and conviction, Chloe Reynolds built her real estate career from the ground up — starting with $10 showings before she even had a car, simply to gain firsthand experience. Early on, she recognized the power of real estate not just as a profession, but as a platform to balance meaningful work with personal presence and purpose. With a deep appreciation for mentorship and collaboration, she credits her growth to the agents who came before her and the community she continues to cultivate. That early hunger to learn has never faded — it’s simply evolved into leadership.

Now the team lead of the Chloe Reynolds Group with Compass, Reynolds specializes in first-time homebuyers, and luxury and investment properties throughout Lincoln Park, Bucktown, West Loop and Lakeview. She recently added a transaction manager to the team, making a significant difference in her business, as well as a coach to help her stay accountable and on track. “This is the first year I have prospected while being busy,” she adds. “It’s been a total game changer for my business.”

A seven-year industry veteran, Reynolds has served on the leadership board of the Chicago Association of Realtors Young Professionals Network. “I’m very lucky to have a few super referrers who have supported my business from day one,” she explains. “They have watched my business grow throughout the years and been a huge piece of my success.”

A caring professional, Reynolds has worked hard at gaining personal independence over the past year. “I’m operating at my highest level. My health is strong, my business is scaling; I’m surrounded by driven and inspiring people,” she says. “Getting here took focus, discipline and a clear vision, but I’ve never been more proud of the life I’ve built, or more energized for what’s next.”
