After spending his early life living in various foreign countries across three continents, Casey Hoogstraten has called the city of Chicago home for over 30 years. His background in design and architecture studies led to real estate investments in up-and-coming neighborhoods as well as conceptualizing and operating restaurants. “My entire working life has involved real estate and it occurs to me, at least once a week, that I genuinely like my work.” Hoostraten admits. “I consider this a huge accomplishment!”
A real estate agent with RE/MAX Premier, Hoogstraten has been in the industry for nine years specializing in residential and mixed use properties throughout Chicago and the northern suburbs. Recognized for his depth of knowledge, he has an easy-going and thoughtful business style while remaining persistent and tenacious on behalf of his clients. “There aren’t too many problems that arise in any real estate transaction that I haven’t already experienced,” he insists. “And if there is, I have an excellent pool of resources to draw from for a solution.”
RE-MAX Premier named Hoogstraten a platinum level producer while the Chicago Association of Realtors awarded him a top producer for numerous years. Past board president of Friends of Payton, he also served as a board member for Math Circles of Chicago and Prop Theater. With most of his clients secured through referrals and web-based leads, he is able to seamlessly guide clients through the entire real estate process as well as provide knowledge and direction on home construction and design. Last year, when many buyers were forced to navigate through multiple offers, his clients were successful. “I listen and understand my clients’ needs,” he shares. “I’m honest and tell them like it is; the good and the bad.”
When not working, Hoogstraten takes time to enjoy his hobbies of photography, architecture, cooking and relaxing through yoga.
