Lake Geneva agent Mac Corey has lived in southeast Wisconsin for the past 25 years and loves to be an active member of his community. A musician, amateur chef and member of the school board, Corey began his journey as a real estate professional seven years ago with the help and encouragement of close friend Ryan D’Aprile.
Corey serves the entire southeastern Wisconsin Lakes Area, with an emphasis on Lake Geneva. He says his communication skills are instrumental to his success with luxury buyers in the area.
Corey’s goal is always to make every search and transaction about the client — not about himself. “I’m described as very patient and knowledgeable,” he says. “My demeanor is seen as very calming and considerate.”
While Corey connects with clients through ads, signs and networking, over 90% of his clientele comes from referrals from happy customers. It’s a testament to his people-pleasing nature when it comes to client interactions. “I focus on the relationship and don’t attempt a pushy salesman vibe,” he says. “My preparation is simply learning about them through casual, non-sales-like conversations.”
Corey’s average sale price was just under $1 million per home in 2022. However, his proudest accomplishment of the past year was finding a dream home for a client who had been searching for over three years. “I will do whatever it takes to make the transaction easy for my clients,” he says.
