With nearly four decades of experience helping clients find their luxury homes, Connie Antoniou, broker associate at Mahler Sotheby’s, is a titan of the real estate industry. Originally in a sales career, Antoniou sought a career where could sell something she saw real value in.
“Working in sales taught me how to build great relationships with clients,” she says. “But I wanted to believe in what I was selling and that’s when I turned to real estate.”
Employing a work-hard, play-hard business style, Antoniou’s clients know she has the capability to be all – business, when necessary, but she always brings that spark of fun to ease stress and bring excitement to the transaction process. With 37 years of experience, she’s also seen it all.
“From the crash in 2008 to pushing through the pandemic, I’ve always remained calm, cool and collected,” she says. “I’ve learned to always go into each experience hitting the ground running and give 110% to each of my clients.”
This all-in work ethic has helped Antoniou to reach new heights in the real estate industry. In addition to most of her business coming through referrals and word of mouth, she’s expanded her area of business to clients in the Hinsdale and Barrington areas in Illinois. Most recently, she’s been leading her team of three to take every opportunity head-on and utilize everyone’s strength. She was even put on the cover of Top Agent Magazine in 2022.
“It was such an honor and wonderful experience to be put on the cover,” she says. “It felt like a massive accomplishment for myself and my team as I’ve worked diligently for 37 years to reach this point in my career.”
