With over 26 years of experience, Chad Loucks is a lending advisor clients can trust. He says his clients know he’ll always pick up when they call, and his laid-back style puts them at ease.

Loucks discovered his love for lending while preparing to attend law school. While working a summer job at a bank as a loan officer, he was surprised to find he enjoyed the profession. “Suffice to say, the rest is history,” he says.

Continually receiving top-level customer satisfaction scores, Loucks works hard to make sure his clients actually understand their transactions. “I like clients to know why we are doing something, and how it pertains to meeting their desired outcome,” he says.

Loucks says his extensive experience allowed him to navigate a difficult environment of volatile rates this past year. “My ability to understand client issues combined with 26 years of product knowledge allows me to solve virtually any problem,” he says. “Clients sense this level of experience and are comfortable knowing their transaction will be in good hands.”

Additionally, Loucks is a member of a lending team at JPMorgan Chase, which he says benefits everyone involved. “It enables us to bounce ideas off colleagues, which can help with difficult transactions,” he says.

Despite his professional achievements, Loucks says his proudest personal accomplishment has been raising his three sons.
