Greer Haseman and Chris Curran, Real Estate Brokers

The GPS Team, @properties Christie’s International Real Estate

Greer Haseman was delighted when her son, Chris Curran, joined her practice in 2020. Curran who had been living and working abroad, thought it was time for a change and returned to the States. Together, they now form The GPS Team.

Bolstered by a background in financial services, Haseman has spent 30 years honing her craft, representing some of the most architecturally significant homes in Oak Park and River Forest. She was named Realtor of the Year in 2011 by the Oak Park Area Association of Realtors and made Crain’s Chicago Business’ Most Influential Residential Real Estate Broker’s list in 2018. Her clients appreciate her attention to detail and her extensive list of qualified professionals to maintain or enhance these magnificent homes.

“Purchasing or selling your home is a multifaceted financial decision,” Haseman says. “We lay the groundwork so it’s an enjoyable transaction, and we will be with you every step of the way.”

Supportive, patient and energetic, Curran brings 20 years of experience as an industrial product designer to The GPS Team, making him an instrumental asset and a great real estate broker. His appreciation for well-crafted homes delights sellers and buyers, as does his laser focus on even the smallest detail. Curran’s creative support allows him to deliver the multiple perspectives necessary for a client to make a decision.

While The GPS Team is driven by a successful work background, they also enjoy the great outdoors. Haseman is a staunch supporter of the work of several organizations dedicated to saving the iconic American wild horses and the preservation of our public lands. Curran enjoys traveling, sports and firing up the barbecue. His love of two wheels is apparent as you can find him showing property on his Vespa or, on rare days off, dirt biking. He is constantly on the go!
