Samantha Antonacci, Realtor

d’aprile properties

Having assisted first-time homebuyers and clients seeking larger homes, Samantha Antonacci is well-prepared to share her seven years of experience in single-family homes and condos. She specializes in the Park Ridge, Ill., Niles, Ill., Elmwood Park, Ill., and Chicago areas.

Antonacci is the recipient of the Top Producer and Silver Key awards from d’aprile properties.

Before her first meeting with clients, Antonacci likes to gather as much information about their needs as she can. “Once it’s clear what their objective is, it helps me devise a marketing plan that will work for them,” she explains. When working together, Antonacci’s goal is to make her clients feel cared for. “It is a partnership, and most grow into relationships that I hold special to my heart,” she says. “I want my clients to have fun working with me. I want to take a complex process and make it positive and rewarding.” She also believes that communicating, giving clients the confidence to make important decisions, and educating them about the transaction process are crucial. “My clients say I’m always on top of what’s going on in a deal,” she says. “I’m in constant contact with all parties, making sure things are heading in the right direction. I’m patient yet eager with clients, which leads to successful transactions. Also, my market knowledge helps me price properties correctly, so days on the market are low.”

Clients, in turn, appreciate Antonacci’s direct, efficient business style. “I’m quick and to the point,” she says. “I keep everyone informed, and if clients want to see a home, I make sure we’re in ASAP. I always have updated documents ready to sign in case they want to make an offer. I make sure the process runs smoothly.”

Her busy lifestyle sets her apart from her competitors, she says. “I’m constantly on the go,” she adds. “I’m always interacting with people from everywhere, which helps me form relationships that build my business.”
