Before her current career as a Realtor, Roseanne Maggio worked in cosmetology for 20 years. During that time, she owned her own business. “I went on to assist one of the real estate industry’s top producers and realized how rewarding a career in real estate can be,” she recalls. “It was this experience that set me on a journey, and I have been a broker ever since.”
Having been in real estate for four years now, Maggio currently works with d’aprile properties. She is proud to be a member of both the Chicago Association of Realtors and Midwest Real Estate Data, and is excited to have been nominated to Chicago Agent magazine’s “Who’s Who” list. Her work is primarily in northwest Chicago and nearby suburbs, which happens to be the area in which Maggio grew up. Her clientele are first-time buyers and sellers, investment buyers, and luxury-market buyers looking for single-family homes, co-ops, condos and multi-family units.
One of Maggio’s favorite aspects of her career is the opportunity she has to build relationships. “The skill and ability that has been the most instrumental to my success is building relationships with my clients,” she says. Her process-driven approach aims to take the stress off them, with her noting, “I work diligently with a team of lenders, attorneys and vendors to make sure that my clients have the best experience throughout the whole buying and selling process.” She focuses on ensuring that her clients are educated on the market and providing them with data-driven market insights.
When asked about how she works, Maggio says, “My clients are my top priority, and I strive to make sure I fully explain every aspect of the transaction and keep them up to date on key milestones. There is no better satisfaction for me than knowing that my clients are happy — with their new home and with their experience.”
