As the senior vice president of residential mortgage lending at Key Mortgage Services, Haddad has the loan-approval process down to a science and is quick to adapt to shifts in the market. “Trying to get ahead of the market is much better than trying to catch up to the current one,” he explains. “I am always preparing for the next opportunity.”
Introduced to the ins and outs of the industry from a young age, Haddad started his career working in financial services and spent time at the Chicago Board of Trade in treasury futures before transitioning to the mortgage industry over 15 years ago.
Acknowledged by the Scotsman Guide as one of the top loan officers in the nation, Haddad was recognized as the top loan officer companywide for 2022 and is a recipient of the Illinois Mortgage Banker Association’s Best in the Business award. “As an advisor, I tailor loan options to meet the needs and goals of my clients,” he says. “I’m loyal to my clients and referral partners and always available to address questions.”
Throughout his career, Haddad has built a 100-percent referral-based business through his ever-expanding network of Realtors, attorneys, builders, insurance agents, financial planners and past clients. Haddad prefers to connect with his customers early in the process to review their goals and address any questions. He prioritizes relationships over conducting a quick and impersonal transaction.
Haddad is an avid watch collector and recently took the leap into amateur watchmaking. He enjoys spending time with his family and finds strength and motivation through the support of his wife, Anne, and his daughters, Allie and Abbie.
