Peggy Glickman, Real Estate Broker

@properties Christie’s International Real Estate

Peggy Glickman has called Highland Park home ever since her family emigrated from Italy to the North Shore in 1966. Encouraged to get her license by her own Realtor turned mentor, Glickman took the leap into real estate in 1992. She has since turned what she thought would be a fun part-time job into a bustling career. For nearly three decades, Glickman has used her understanding of the North Shore to guide her clients through the home-buying and selling process, always working to ensure the best outcome possible in what can often be a challenging process in today’s climate.

Year after year, Glickman has consistently grown her business, including selling a record number of properties for top dollar in 2021. She credits a significant portion of her growth to her son’s contribution to the business, as well as her current brokerage firm, @properties Christie’s International Real Estate. Her style is also noteworthy, as Glickman partners with her clients to personalize their experience and take the stress out of real estate. “The energy and commitment I bring is unmatched and truly does not go unnoticed,” she says. As a result of the meaningful relationships she cultivates, many of her clients refer others and return to her as their real estate needs change through the years. Glickman has been a recipient of Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Circle award, has consistently been recognized by her local Realtor association as a producer in the top 5 percent of sales volume, and recently received the @properties Road to Rolex award in her first full year with the company.

It’s no surprise that after 29 years in residential real estate, many of Glickman’s hobbies and interests are home-related. She loves gardening, staying abreast of trends, cooking and entertaining. She and her husband recently had the pleasure of celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary, and their family continues to grow and flourish.
