Marc Zale’s familiarity with one of Chicago’s most sought-after neighborhoods, coupled with his 19 years of industry experience, draw buyers and sellers to his business.
“I was so fortunate to be raised in Lincoln Park,” Zale says. “It’s not only an amazing neighborhood, but knowing the area so well has been a huge asset for my career. So many agents are transplants from other areas. People are genuinely surprised that I grew up here. My relationships with people here go back decades.”
Zale’s work has earned him three consecutive Chicago Association of Realtors’ Top Producer awards, from 2019 to 2021. Real Producers Magazine ranked him among the Top 250 Agents in 2021 and 2020. He considers his greatest professional accomplishment to be his induction into the Compass Legends Society in 2021.
In the recent hyper-competitive market, Zale has focused on client preparation and coaching buyers and sellers on the necessary steps to meet their goals. “It’s imperative that we get it done and that my clients know that I am committed to their success,” he says. This consideration for others is obvious to Zale’s clients. “Of course, I want people to know that I am highly qualified and good at my job,” he says. “But I also hope I’m known for genuinely having people’s best interests at heart. I am absolutely devoted to the people I work for.”
In an industry dominated by huge real estate teams, Zale offers comprehensive, one-on-one service. “I’m not the lead agent on a mega team, but I have all the resources of one,” he says. “I limit the amount of people I work with so I can control the quality of service I’m providing.”
Zale’s workhorse mentality drives his success.
“I work obsessively for people and I’m confident this shows in my production,” he says.
