As a bilingual, technology-driven, proactive and learning-based agent, Leda Quiaro uses her knowledge of the market to help her clients navigate the world of Chicago real estate in the city and suburbs.
When she was freshly out of college, Quiaro decided to invest in her first house. What started as a journey to find her starter home quickly developed into a lifelong passion. She decided to pursue real estate as a career, and ultimately earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in real estate to deepen her knowledge of the industry.
Before taking the plunge into real estate, Quiaro worked in information technology, which helped her leverage new technologies effectively into her business. She says she’s been using her IT experience to help drive and adapt her business and client experience to greater heights.
Quiaro’s adaptability and resilience this past year have helped her overcome obstacles through the ever-changing Chicago market. As a result, she’s increased her sales volume and gross commission income while still maintaining a high level of personalized care for her clients. Her market knowledge is second to none, and she’s committed to educating her clients to best lead them to success.
“I take my time to understand my clients’ needs and help them find the right home for them,” Quiaro says, adding that she prefers to build long-lasting client relationships. “I really get involved in the process and help them feel as comfortable as possible. I always want to go above and beyond and exceed expectations.”
Quiaro and her team, including her husband, a transaction coordinator and a buyers’ agent, take a client-centered approach to the industry. “I always put my clients’ needs and interests first. I want to make the process as personalized as possible and provide exceptional communication,” she says. “For me, it’s not about selling real estate; it’s about giving my clients the best experience while still achieving their individual goals.”
Quiaro is a member of the Illinois Association of Realtors, Mainstreet Organization of Realtors, Women’s Council of Realtors, The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and the Delta Mu Delta International Honors Society. This year, she was honored as one of NAHREP’s 2022 Top 250 Latino Agents.
