Enthusiastic, personable and creative, Kelly Stetler’s clients in the western Chicago suburbs consistently recognize that her real estate knowledge exceeds the three years she has in the business. In this brief period, she has completed over 75 transactions involving land, condos and single-family homes, representing more than $50 million of value. Further, Stetler’s relationships with local builders and experience with the construction process have positioned her as a new home expert.
Stetler previously worked as a senior vice president of strategy, advising Fortune 500 companies on market targeting and advertising investment. “Some of America’s largest and most recognized consumer brands trusted me to help achieve their marketing goals, an experience I have successfully applied to advising clients on the homebuying and selling process,” she says. Her innovative marketing strategies have been a differentiator, quickly vaulting Stetler to be the No. 2 overall agent in Elmhurst over the last year and a top 20 agent in DuPage County by Chicago Agent magazine. Stetler self-publishes a comprehensive quarterly real estate guide analyzing data by price point and submarket with local contributors ranging from attorneys to lenders to interior designers. This resource is a go-to reference for all things Elmhurst.
She is deeply involved in the community and a major sponsor of local events. Stetler is a board member of Foundation 205, a local organization that raises school district funds, and she serves as an active member of the Spring Road Business Association. She regularly merges her professional savvy and passion for supporting local endeavors through business partnerships. She recently co-developed a custom beer, “No Contingencies,” with a local brewery for giveaways and was the first partner with a local pedicab company for a ride in the Elmhurst St. Patrick’s Day parade.
Stetler grew up in Naperville, lived in Chicago for several years and currently resides in Elmhurst. She enjoys spending time with her husband and four boys.
