Ilsa Conover, Real Estate Broker

Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty

Ilsa Conover provides a personalized touch to her clients, whom she treats like family. She uses her 16 years of experience, market knowledge, negotiation skills and client-centric communication to keep everything on track and all parties informed.

Conover’s geographic areas of focus include Lincoln Park, Lakeview, River North, Gold Coast, the West Loop, Bucktown, Logan Square, Edgewater, North Center and Irving Park. She works with buyers — repeat and first-time — and sellers on new-construction and luxury properties. She is known for her great attitude and going the extra mile. She is extremely responsive and prides herself on getting back to clients in under an hour.

Conover is a longtime resident of Lincoln Park and understands the buying, selling and renovation process from both a professional perspective and a personal one. She recently completed a total, down-to-the-studs renovation of her own home and certainly relates to the stress her clients often feel during such a project. She is an excellent resource to all clients, no matter where they are in the process of building, maintaining or improving a home.

“Communication is key,” says Conover. “I work with my client’s attorney like a team to help them get to the finish line. After the property is under contract on a purchase, my job is not complete. There are many questions, bids from contractors and renovation tips. Helping your clients find a vision to make a property their home is the fun part of any transaction.”

Conover’s most recent professional accomplishment is selling a luxury new-construction project at 2215 N. Halsted St. in Lincoln Park. Previous projects include selling out a six-unit new-construction townhouse development in Logan Square and a 28-unit luxury apartment building in the same neighborhood.

Outside of work, Conover enjoys visiting relatives in Indiana and Dubai.
