Hadley Rue, Realtor

Dream Town

When Hadley Rue works with a client, he is meticulous about every detail. “I have always placed very high expectations on myself, and this translates naturally to the high level of service I bring to clients,” says Rue, a Realtor with Dream Town.

Rue’s business is consistently based on repeat and referral customers, and this is reflected in his brand. His tagline, “Rue Can Do,” expresses his commitment to get the job done for the buyers, sellers, developers and investors he assists in the city, in the western suburbs and on the North Shore. “My knowledge of the markets I serve is rooted in my personal experiences,” explains Rue. “I grew up in the western suburbs, which gives me a unique perspective on its residential neighborhoods, school districts and business communities.” Now, as a 16-year resident of the Edgewater-Andersonville area, he has gained a deep knowledge of Chicago’s North Side neighborhoods, too. Rue also specializes in estate trusts and has worked extensively with clients on transactions involving land and large estates.

Before becoming a real estate broker eight years ago, Rue worked for a private foundation based on the North Shore and developed great familiarity with that part of the Chicagoland area. Prior to that, he had a very satisfying career in finance. He developed a passion for real estate after buying and selling his own properties. After completing a personal transaction years ago, he found his broker encouraging him to pursue a career in real estate. Rue now works with her as his managing broker.

Rue consistently achieves and exceeds his clients’ goals, along with his own. He is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR) and Institute of Real Estate Management, a CAR Top 1% Producer, a six-time Five Star Professional Award recipient, a six-time Dream Town Top Producer, Dream Town’s 2018 and 2021 No. 1 Individual Producer with over $34 million in sales and is a Crain’s Chicago Business Most Notable Realtor.
