With one of her latest clients, the hunt for that green light required her quick reactions to a fabulous property that hit the market. Teicher quickly identified it as one that would exceed her buyers’ expectations, contacted her buyers, scheduled an immediate showing, guided her clients to present their strongest offer and successfully executed their contract, all within 24 hours of the new place hitting the market.
Although she has the skills to work quickly, Teicher remains process driven and organized. A part of her process that she enjoys immensely entails listening to clients’ stories, hearing their needs and understanding their goals. Gayle is a team player and recognizes what it takes to work meaningfully with another person. Her clients’ goals quickly become her mission, and their hunt or sale becomes her own hunt or sale. Her vast knowledge of the market and her personal experiences in Chicago contribute importantly to reaching her clients’ goals. Recently, Teicher represented and sold her family’s home of 22 years, which reminded her in a personal way of the emotional and physical impacts that real estate changes have on us all.

This remains true outside of real estate, too, as Teicher regularly contributes to the I Grow Chicago organization. “I love my work,” she says.
