With authenticity and transparency at the core of his firm’s infrastructure, Dennis Ansong brings a client-first approach to real estate law, treating his clients and partners as if they were family. His goal is for everyone to leave their initial conversations feeling educated, empowered and excited.

“I want my clients to know they can approach me with all of their questions and trust that I have their best interests in mind throughout the entire process,” says Ansong, founding attorney at Ansong Law, LLC in Chicago. As an expert in real estate law, he guides developers, investors, home buyers and owners through acquisitions and sales.

“Purchasing real estate or executing an estate plan can oftentimes seem like a dauting experience,” Ansong adds. “I ease any insecurities, doubts and fears, ensuring all of my clients feel comfortable and confident in their decision. I want them to know I will advocate on their behalf, always.”

Ansong carefully walks clients through contracts, explaining the details in an easy-to-understand way. He also has a knack for spotting cost-saving opportunities buried in paperwork that might otherwise go unnoticed. Flexible and friendly, he works within clients’ schedules and executes each deal in a timely and efficient manner.

“Closing a transaction on time is key for both my clients and partners,” says Ansong. “We pride ourselves on our ability to problem solve at Ansong Law to make that happen.”

Admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States Bar, Ansong also belongs to the Illinois State Bar Association and Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association and is a Board Member of Youth for a Better Future. Over the course of his career, he has transitioned from just being an attorney to becoming an entrepreneur and business owner.

“It’s been an incredible exercise in self-discipline, but if you’re willing to put in the work and make the sacrifices as needed, there’s no limit to where your dreams can take you,” he says.
