Brandy Bell, Associate Broker

Baird & Warner

With a background in corporate finance and accounting, Brandy Bell specializes in helping clients understand the metrics of real estate. “Whether they are getting a grasp on affordability or trying to determine if the investment they are considering makes sense, I enjoy being able to apply profitability analysis to real estate transactions,” she says. Two years ago, Bell transitioned into real estate seeking the freedom and flexibility of entrepreneurship. Bell knew upon purchasing her first property in her hometown in Tennessee that she’d excel in the Chicago market if she could provide the same level of service she received.

Her strategy seems to be working. As she notes, “My clients love working with me because I produce results and advise them along the way. Many of my past clients highlight my work ethic, how well I educate them throughout the process, and my sellers love that I average about six days on the market before they accept a contract!” Bell describes her style as fun but informed. She deals in both commercial and residential real estate in the greater Chicago metro area and northwest Indiana.

By structuring her clients’ journeys in a one-stop-shop fashion, Bell creates the ease and security that yields many return clients and referrals. She notes her ability to dig in her heels and change course as pivotal to her success. Among her most noteworthy recent accomplishments are being named Baird & Warner’s Rookie of the Year in 2020 and making the company’s Founder’s Club in 2021. Additionally, 2021 saw the quadrupling of Bell’s business. About that, she says, “2021 was a year of many changes, but being able to lean in and grow my business gave me both confirmation and comfort.”

When Bell isn’t providing exceptional service to her clients, she enjoys quality family time, bonding with her little one, all things food and music and can’t wait to get back to traveling!
