A. Jordan Rothschild, Broker

Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty

Embracing an environmentally conscious approach to real estate, A. Jordan Rothschild isn’t afraid to do things differently. “I offer buyers and renters the option to tour different neighborhoods and properties by bicycle or electric car,” says Rothschild, a broker with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty. Working in a variety of Chicago neighborhoods with buyers and sellers from every price point, Rothschild is known for his professionalism and dedication to forming lasting relationships. “Demonstrating best practices and behaving with the utmost professionalism shows your clients and colleagues that you really care about them and that goes a long way in fostering smooth transactions,” he says.

A former project manager for a large-scale mixed-methods psychological research study, Rothschild offers a superior analysis of the market, ensuring that his clients are making informed decisions. Transitioning into the real estate industry in 2014, Rothschild began as a licensed Certified Manager of Community Associations for Sudler Property Management. “My time at Sudler afforded me a comprehensive understanding of how condos and co-op buildings are managed and maintained,” he says, noting that his responsibilities ranged from budgeting for capital improvements projects to overseeing building maintenance and modernization. “This unique skill set provides a multifaceted approach to helping my clients buy and sell condos and co-ops.”

After three years at Sudler, Rothschild worked with Group Fox Management, ultimately becoming the top leasing agent for a 4,000-unit portfolio. Once he earned his broker’s license, he became a broker with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate before joining Jameson Sotheby’s in November 2021.

Navigating Chicago by bike for over a decade, Rothschild has explored every nook and cranny of the city. He is a board member of Buena Park Neighbors, board treasurer of his condo association, and actively supports Tomato Mountain Farm CSA, the Chicago Market Co-Op, Lakeview Pantry and Collective Resources, Inc.
